Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph358 login credentials. 4.3 Deposit Conditions. Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. ph358 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in your account dashboard and are subject to change.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. ph358 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests before processing.
4.5 Processing Timeframes. ph358 endeavors to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. ph358 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
5.1 ph358 may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each promotion is offered, which shall supplement and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all ph358 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 5.4 ph358 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing active bonuses will be honoured in accordance with their terms at the time of issuance.
6.1 All games available on ph358 operate according to the individual game rules provided by the respective game developers. In the event of a discrepancy between a player's understanding of a game and the game's published rules, the published rules shall prevail.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph358 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph358 content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph358 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the ph358 platform.
9.2 ph358's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the ph358 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 ph358 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to ph358 is provided "as is" and "as available."
